If you would like to consult with the Board of Church Health, use the confidential form below which is received by the Interim Director Dan Williams and the board members.
*If your concern is regarding a conflict between the pastor and the elders/congregation, please contact the Ministerial Relations Committee (as per Article 511-5).
“Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”
-Ephesians 4:15-16

Introducing Dan Williams, Interim Director
Introduce your elder board to Interim Director Dan Williams and to the Board of Church Health.
Get to know how you can utilize the Board of Church Health to keep your church healthy.
Our church had the privilege of working with Dan Williams and the BFC Board of Church Health during a particularly difficult season in the life of our congregation. We were navigating significant leadership changes, the loss of pastoral staff, strained trust, and the many challenges that accompany a church in transition.
After spending considerable time listening, observing, and assessing our situation, Dan provided our elders with clear key findings and practical recommendations. His insight and knowledge helped give us direction at a time when clarity was especially important.
We are grateful for the work of the BFC Board of Church Health. We would gladly recommend Dan and the Board of Church Health to churches seeking thoughtful, biblical, and caring guidance.
